We believe that fans who enjoy these recordings, like us, are welcome to
trade amongst each other purely for the joy and entertainment of listening to live
concerts as a supplement to the officially released records.

I am merely a humble PiL fan who happens to love the live tapes with a passion.
Sometimes people contact me to offer a recording that they made themselves, but do not want the recording to be circulated on the trading circuit or internet due to sentimental reasons or whatever.
I happily respect their wishes and any such party can rest assured that the recording will not leave my posession without their express permission. I am a fan first and foremost! Not a dealer...

There are a variety of ways in which we can trade. Electronically, over the internet using file sharing/repository websites, or by using standard bootleg mediums such as CDR's and tapes.
Personally I prefer dealing with tangible media such as CDR's and tapes.
If you wish to send tapes I must insist that each tape is brand new & has never
been used previously.
If you have old bootleg recordings on tape only, please rest assured that I can
transfer the gig onto CDR myself.
If you contacted me first then I must insist that you send the goods first. Upon receipt
of your goods I will then post/send yours.
If I contacted you first however, then I shall naturally send the goods first.
Of course, this does not apply if we actually know and trust each other or have traded
previously.
Please try to be sure that what you are sending me is genuine. Several times I've
been sent an apparently obscure bootleg recording only to discover it's a show that
I already have, wrongly titled. If this turns out to be the case I will NOT post anything
to you in return for that show...
If you think that you have a recording that I would be interested in, I would be grateful if you could send me a short10-20 second MP3 sample, so that I can be sure that it's a recording that I do not have. (I'm often contacted by people, claiming to have recordings, but when I ask for a short sample I never hear from them again. A very good way of flushing out the time-wasters!)
2010/2011 bootlegs; Please note that I am only interested in genuine audience masters or soundboards. I am NOT interested in bootlegs that have been culled from badly filmed, heavily compressed youtube clips, or that have been recorded on some crappy mobile phone.
